Alicia Valentine-Prachar
MA Ed, LPC-S, LCPC PSYCHOTHERAPIST/OWNER
Alicia believes that therapy should be a positive experience. Changing ourselves can be painful at times, but with the right encouragement, it can be empowering. With experience working in inpatient settings, leading group therapy, and running a private practice, Alicia has found that using a combination of therapies tailored to each client along with is the most effective way to help them reach their therapeutic goals. Alicia is EMDR trained and uses this method for treating trauma and PTSD. She also helps clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and how to live your best life with chronic pain.

Alex Brown-Haley
MS, LPC-A Psychotherapist-Associate Supervised by Alicia C. Prachar, LPC-S
Alex is currently working on her LPC-A and CCPT and works with clients throughout the lifespan on a variety of issues including work/life balance, anxiety, depression, and identity concerns. She is also passionate in and training in play therapy and activity therapy. Prior to beginning her journey as a therapist, Alex worked for seven p.m. years as a teacher and mental health intern.
In her personal time, Alex loves to be outside exploring nature. She loves the mountains, hiking, and spending time with my husband and three spoiled dogs. Alex believes animal integration into therapy is a boost!
Elise M. Prachar
RBT, CHW, Behavioral Skills Trainer, Life Coach, Adaptive Living Consultant
Elise has been working as a registered behavior technician for more than half a decade. She is also a certified Community Health Worker, with certifications in CPR, AED, First Aid, and Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression. In person, she works with learners all across the age spectrum who have high rates of aggressive behaviors, or have speech-related challenges. She also teaches social skills, self-management, and empathy-building for more verbal clients. With extensive experience working with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, as well as CEUs in trauma-informed care, patient-centered care, peer support, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and much more, Elise provides therapy that is flexible, adaptable, individualized, and FUN.
