Alicia believes that therapy should be a positive experience.  Changing ourselves can be painful at times, but with the right encouragement, it can be empowering.  With experience working in inpatient settings, leading group therapy, and running a private practice, Alicia has found that using a combination of therapies tailored to each client along with is the most effective way to help them reach their therapeutic goals.  Alicia is EMDR trained and uses this method for treating trauma and PTSD.  She also helps clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and how to live your best life with chronic pain.

My name is Alex Haley.  I am working on my LPC-A and CCPT.  I work with clients throughout the lifespan on a variety of issues including work/life balance, anxiety, depression, and identity concerns.  I am also passionate and have training in play therapy and activity therapy.  Prior to beginning my journey as a therapist, I worked for 7 years as a teacher and mental health intern.

In my personal time, I love to be outside exploring nature.  I love the mountains, hiking, and spending time with my husband and 3 spoiled dogs.  I believe animal integration into therapy is a boost!
